What do you for nuts that hold on Sunvisors

I think what 70 was saying was to drill or cut the screws out so they will fall on thru. If the nuts are spinning they are no longer attached to the windshield frame. The inserts he is talking about will act as the new nuts. They are compressed using the tool he linked to similar to a pop rivet gun. FOr occasional use this gun would be fine but if using it all the time I would go with either a high leverage long arm gun, hydraulic or air operated gun.
