76 Laguna S-3

Original number matching 76 Laguna S-3. I've remove the original 400 and th350 and installed a mild 454 and a 700r4, original parts in storage. It's a blast to drive and gets alot of attention. I'm always looking for parts, info and stories on these cars, Thanks, Ron

Yes, I drive it every day it doesn't snow in Ohio, thus the dirt in the pics.

Re: 76 Laguna S-3

That is pretty cool! My friend had a 77 Monte with the swivel seat too, back 100 years ago.

A buddy of mine had a 454 S-3 in high school . Swivel buckets , marooon and white . I tried and tried to trade him for my firebird . Cool car .

Re: 76 Laguna S-3

I've got a '74; my dad ordered it new for my mom to drive.

It's a base Malibu, so that he could get the police equipment package. 454, TH400, 3.42 posi, 8 inch Corvette Rallys.

It was my first car, and I've been racing this same car for 33 years.

Link here, to an article that was written about it (easier to link it than to retype all the stories here :

http://www.popularhotrodding.com/fea...lle/index.html

The article mentions 10 flat for a best ET but it's been 9.85 since then (all motor).
