Floor pan help

got a 54 I'm putting on S-10 frame. Everything is going good except my floor pans were rotted completely out. I'm making my own and got it mostly blanked out already. My problem is the flors were so rotted there was nothing holding the insides together really. I need the measurements from kick panel to kick panel so that I get it right and straight. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I get 51" at the front where the floor meets the toe board and the kick panels have a radius from the floor as the go out and up I will see if I can figure out a good way to get pics with measurements in the morning

Thanks. I got the same measurement. I acted like I wanted to look at a 52 that's at dealer here and brought my tape measure. The guy didn't know what to think about that. Thanks for the help

Before you do any major removal attach bracing across the cab pillars down low and from the pillar back to the rear seat mount riser.

This will help keep the cab from spreading/collapsing.

Thanks guys. Yeah i did put bracing up as soon as i got in the garage when it came home.
