OE Vs Aftermarket front fenders - How to tell the difference

Ok - if I am looking at a fender for my 68 - short of an NOS sticker how can I tell a repop from OEM?
Bear in mind I am looking at a used fender, off the truck

Thanks for the help as always

I would look at the front top of the fender, if the spot welds and the folds look symmetrical and neat, it should be an OEM
