what is the thread size for thermostat housing to edelbrock performer intake?

Title says it all. Mine are too long for my new housing so I need to pick up some shorter ones but I need the right thread count.

That would be 3/8-16 thread.

Re: what is the thread size for thermostat housing to edelbrock performer intake?

Found this in a mustang board thread. Can anyone confirm or deny?
"Thermostat housing
5/16-18 x 1 3/4" for top left bolt
5/16-18 x 1 1/4" for bottom right bolt
Both bolts use split lock washers."

I guess if you are talking about a ford that would be correct but not for GM....

Thanks lockdoc. Looks like conflicting info. would the mustang intake have a different thermostat housing thread?

I don't know anything about Mustangs. This is a Chevy Truck forum...

3/8-16 and make sure they are at least grade 5 bolts.
