Re: Is this worth $1800.00
Its a little rough but worth it. We need to remember exactly what $1,800.00 dollars buys today (not much!) if your trying to buy a car/ truck. IMO, a good start for anyone who's not afraid to jump into a project that just needs a little love. And you will have a great truck for not much $$$ cheers, Pat

Re: Is this worth $1800.00
I would say that's a fair truck for the $$.Does it run? It's probabaly gonna need brake work, and clean the tank(if it's been sitting). The roof looks like it may have a touch(or more) rust at the drip rail seams.Did you check the cab mounts?
Just from the pics I would say it's worth it.Since it doesn't have a battery you might try to get him to buy a batt for that price or leave you a C-note to buy one with. However for the $$ and condition I don't think I would pass on it.

Re: Is this worth $1800.00
If that was in my area I would already have it bought .I would just like to have the gauge cluster laying in the floorboard.

Re: Is this worth $1800.00
You're not "stealing it" at that price, but considering it runs, seems fair enough to me.

Re: Is this worth $1800.00
I bought my 68 SWB for $1600 and that didn't include an engine, transmission, hood, or tailgate but it did include a rusty POS cab that went to the scrapper.
BUY IT |
