Question Need help finding correct carpet

I bought a 1965 Chevy C10 with no engine and it had a 350 sitting in it. So my question is how can I find out which carpet to buy. They sell 3 speed/ automatic low hump and 4 speed hi hump. I would appericate any help. Thanks

I'd go Brazilian! That way you don't ever have to worry about it...

JK. You need to figure out I'd you have a low or high hump cab. Can you take a side picture of the tranny hump in your truck and post it?

Re: Need help finding correct carpet

Here are a few pictures I pulled off the net that should make identification a little easier. A high hump pan is almost square in the center, rises up in front of the seat, and is always removable:

The low hump drops in front of the seat, may be removable or may be a permanent part of the floor.

Re: Need help finding correct carpet

90% of the time you will have a low hump, high humps are USUALLY (I said usually) for 4 spd or 4x4 trucks.

I like accmats, they always carry a bunch of pile and color options and arent too bad on price.

http://www.stockinteriors.com/AutoCa...=31&ModelId=88

also, CALL THEM. because if you want anything special, like a couple inches extra carpet on any edge to say cover to the back wall if you moved your tank, or cover the forward part of your vintage air, they will do it for a reasonable price. I have a weird floorboard, it is mostly an S10 floor with 7 inches added to each side to meet the 65 rockers, accmats will sell me a carpet with those 7 inches added to each side. Not that everyone needs that kind of weird request fulfilled but it sure is nice that they will do it.
