87 needs a new grill do I need 15554911 or 15554910??

not sure what the difference is and my old grill is MIA.
the truck is an 87 silverado 4x4 model v10. what is the diff between the two grill numbers?

4911 has holes / provisions to attach an emlem and the body color matched moldings where 4910 does not. Being a silverado trim level truck, 4911 is the one I would think you would want but then you will also need to purchase moldings that attach to it along with an emblem and emblem spacers. New correct emblems are impossible to find but there are plenty of used ones on ebay. LMC has one but it is for non-chrome trim grilles, I.E. custom deluxe trim level, etc. So really, you can go with either one, they will both bolt up just a matter of personal preference....
