Help with Body Bushing ????

OK so first and foremost the body bushing setup on the 78 C15 sucks!!! I attached a pic of how the top washer is attached to the center piece making iy really hard to remove...I had to cut away the bottom half with my angle grinder and then jack the truck body up from behind that section...

So I installed one of the 2 body bushing today in the cold as 30 degree weather today...However Im not sure I did it right....I attach a picture of how I set it up and this is how I found the DIY guide had it setup but my question is does the washer really go on the very bottom or on top of the cone shaped piece????

Never mind...This is the only way it can be installed...Wow im dumb sometimes lol
