Re: lower control arm ?

You should be able to grab them with a pair of channel locks and rotate it to the position you need to get them installed.

They just might be tight in there because of the new bushings.

Re: lower control arm ?

Are the the nuts on them and are they tight? You should loosen them up, install them on the truck and then with the weight of the truck on them tighten them back up. I usually will bounce on it a few times to get them to sit where they should be. If you don't do it this way it tends to wad the bushing up and it will wear them out fast and usually squeak like crazy. Oh do the top ones the same way.

Re: lower control arm ?

Yeh just get it to where you can lock the pin holes in before tightening the u bolts on the shaft, then put the arm in position to bolt to the spindle. Once it's all back together put the weight on it and then tighten your control arm bushings. Should be good.

Re: lower control arm ?

No problem just take your time and make sure the shaft is on the pins good. It won't take long and it'll ride like a new one.
