Dash Swap/Oil gauge feed line.
I just swaped a guage dash for my idiot light dash in my '71 Burb and it went off without a hitch. Thank you GMC Paul the wiring diagram and instructions were on the money. The problem I have is that the oil feed line to the guage is damaged near the engine (someone crimped the line at the end near the coupling next to the firewall to keep it from leaking at some point). Does anyone know what size the line is (1/8??) and can I use a standard compression fitting to conect the two lines. Or do I need to search for a used line to replace the damaged one? Thanks!

You can get a copper replacement at any shuck's or part's house.. Just don't use the teflon line's as they seem kinda cheesey..
