58 Apache unless he has switched trucks in the last week.

It helps a lot if guys would either list the trucks they have/are working on or post the info when they ask a question.

I'd Imagine that someone has those TX58. I've found that getting the paper catalogs from all of the vendors that have them makes it a lot easier to figure out what you need. The LMC catalog has great blown up diagrams of the parts and how they relate to each other.

You might give Wes a call at WWW.classicheartbeat.com and ask if he has or can get the pieces. He handles nice stuff and seems to be able to find about anything that exists for these trucks. If he has it in stock it usually gets shipped the same day it's ordered too.

That second pic looks like someone has welded the fender bracket on backwards. Or is it upside down? Either way it's wrong.

TX58, that's a very common spot for rust on these trucks but the good news is that every piece is available.

Sorry about the mix up, forgot to mention it was a 58. And yes the pics are sideways, it's my first time posting from a tablet. It doesn't look too bad, I was wondering if I could just weld some patch pieces in place. Is the bracket in there wrong? It looks like its been that way forever. Could you show me how it should go? I ordered a catalog from LMC and it's coming in slow. Only catalogs so far are ClassicParts and Classic Industries. What others are out there? This is he first time I've ever tried to restore anything, I'm really excited and built a shop just for this. Thanks for your help

Looks like the bracket on the left side in the first pic is correct. You'll need a new bracket for the right side as it looks like some of the original one has rusted away. They are available from most any of the places you mentioned. Don't take the left side apart until you repair the right side so you will have a reference to look at if you are not familiar with how these trucks are put together.

That is a very comon area for rust damage. Most of the after ,market outfits like LMC sell the patches. Your dmamge looks pretty easy to fix without buying patches. In y case I made my own, not too hard to get done just take your time.
