How much to cut frame

I'm thinking about cutting my LWB frame to a SWB.. So how much before the rearend and how much off the back? I just can't afford the prices right now for a frame.. Thanks..

There is a thread here about it, 14in behind the cab and 3in off of the end of the frame IIRC.
