Vintage Stock Steelies
Anyone know off hand the size of the early Chevy truck wheels? I have a chance to pick up a set off a 1951 and wonder if they'll fit my 66 with no issues. Thank you.

That's as far back as I can go. They'll fit but they won't be very wide. Bolt pattern is 6 stud on 5 1/2" centers.

Re: Vintage Stock Steelies
I Kick my self now but this past weekend I was at LQK junkyard and they had the 50% off sale. I found a set of 5 lug steelies off a 72 C10. I could have gotten them for $3.50 each. My truck is still 6 lug so I just pasted on them but now wish I would have got them for the back burner.
