Need truck transport help
Hi everyone. I need help with a truck transport. I bought a truck in Kentucky and need it shipped to me in Florida. The owner has never done this, so has no referrals. Does anyone on here have a transport bussiness that can help me? Or am I same using the shipping ones that were listed on e-bay?
Thanks, Jonna |

Re: Need truck transport help
I don't know Ben, he may be great, but let me share my experience.
I had a car shipped to me from out of state by a carrier based in NY. Long story short; the car was damaged by the carrier. I went round and round with them trying to get a claim filed. It took so long that I went to an attorney to check to see what recourse I may have. I found out that if the carrier didn't make good on the claim, the only thing I could do was to hire a NY attorney and file a claim in NY (I live in VA) because that's where they were licensed, and that's where they do business. I've had several cars shipped since then, but ONLY by carriers licensed in my state. Food for thought. Like the expression; "ask me how I know"
