Guys, can you tell me what the gray color is that is painted on the gas tanks. Its like a course gray of some kind. Also, do I need to do anything with the inside of a Brand new tank?

What year? on my 59 the tank was painted the same color as the interior, tanish grey. I think there were only a few interior options.

You should go to Eastwood.com they sell factory O.E.M finish paints. Also they can send you a free catalog if you dont already have or get one.
