hot rod air install instructions?

i have a hot rod air stardard elite 53-1000 complete heat/cool/defrost vacuum system in my 1950 suburban that i am installing. i am now to the wiring and vacuum lines and i didnt get instuctions with my kit. i know hot rod air closed a couple years ago and i have looked for hours on the internet trying to find instructions with no luck. alot of people say hot rod air is a knock off of vintage air. the two systems look the same. but the wiring is a totally different color and hot rod air has a third vaccum valve that vintage air doesnt. does anyone have instruction?

Re: hot rod air install instructions?

I was in the same boat as you my friend. I picked up a used/never installed H/R Air Elite with no instructions. Searched everywhere on the net with no luck. I was talking to a guy at the hardware store about old cars & trucks. A/C systems came up. He was using the same system I bought and had the instructions. He emailed them to me. I'm not sure how to upload a PDF file on here. Give me your email and I'll send it to you.

I have directions for the hot rod air. Do you have a fax number and I can send you the pages you need or send them all, about 16 pages.
