I need one of these

I posted in the WTB thread section but I thought I'd throw it out here also. Any of you guys that have parts trucks, do you have a passenger side kick panel vent cover like what's pictured but without the rust holes? There are about 30+ spot welds holding them on so if you don't want to cut them all out you could just cut around it to get it off. Thanks.

Re: I need one of these

How big of a hurry are you in to get it PD ??
I'm currently tearing into one and most of what I need is drivers side stuff.
Yours for the asking just pay the shipping.
I'll check it out tonight after work, that side is kind of up against the wall,so I haven't really scoped it out good.

Thanks. I went to the 2 pick and pulls close to me and had no luck. The main problem with pick and pull is getting it off the truck. I don't think my cordless drill, even with both batteries, will last long enough to drill out all the spot welds and I don't have a cordless sawsall.

I've seen the lower portion patch panel but as you can see from the picture, mine is rusted out on the upper portion and more on the side you can't see in the picture. Thanks for the info, though.

Bad thing about Pick-Pull is you can't take a cordless sawsall in the yard ... I was at the Sherwood Pick-N-Pull and saw the Red Truck in Reference , but was looking for other things so didn't notice condition of needed section ...

The guy I talked to at the north Columbia yard said that they did allow cordless sawsalls. Maybe different ones have different rules and then again maybe the guy didn't know what he was talking about. Anyway, it looks like Trent has me covered.

Thanks. This will be my first project welding on my truck. I've been practicing with my new mig and I figured a place that isn't going to show is a good place to start.
