Nice truck except for the interior..........are those an old pair of Herb Tarlick's pants made into a seat cover and door panels?

Nice truck but a bit spendy for one I would take straight to the paint shop for a new paint job. I can't see why guys wet on their leg over worn out looking paint even when it is fake worn out looking paint.

Yup, VERY nice but I agree on the interior - ugh!

But hey, ain't mine so what do I care? For $20K I'd buy a $2500 SoCal basket case and spend the other $17,500 and I'm pretty sure I could duplicate or surpass it....at least to my satisfaction.

That happens when you subframe one and don't move the axle centerline ahead about an inch on these trucks.

If I dug some of the old photos of mine when it was subframed it probably had the same issue. They look ok until you turn the wheel and then it looks too far towards the rear of the wheel well.

Mine when it had the subframe under it with the wheels straight ahead.

I also think its a little rich but still a nice truck.
In regards to original patina paint, I think that everyone has their own opinion & tastes, I personally like original & worn paint as well as show quality paint jobs but should be decent, I hate seeing botched & jammed up paint on a vehicle that could have been preserved originally or at least untill a good quality paint job can be done.
As an example a few years ago I purchased an original 2 owner rare 'Corvette bronze' 68 rallysport Camaro from Oregon, it was in storage for 25 years. My initial intentions were to send it off to the paint shop & have it repainted, after alot of pondering I decided to keep it original & untouched. I am happier for it!

Re: Check out this beauty on eBay.

I like the truck....with that said, i wouldnt intentionally paint a truck to look like that. Im having issues with my own, do i drive it with primer spots? spray it flat black? i dont know. All i know is it wont be painted this year but it will be driven.
