where to buy chevy suburban custom trim????

I checked today, and the spear on the door of the Suburban Custom trim is exactly the same as the spear on the fender of a Custom Cab pickup. I think if you had the patience, you could also make the short straight piece on the door from a piece of pickup trim. You will just have to fold over the end at an angle where it meets the rear edge of the door. This might be easier than trying to find the original parts.

hey captainfab thanks for the information i think i have some of that low temp aluminium rod that i could use to refill the cut for the angle thanks again

i think shipping over the boarder and shipping cost will be the problem i almost have a complete set of gmc custom trim but i will not use it now that i have the chevy custom trim i also sent another board member to you but i guess that didnt work out either good luck Ron

well i have the short piece for the drivers side now all i need is the passenger side short pcs i did get one of the long pcs sanded and polished but i am going to do it again came out fairly good does anyone know any parts dealers that might have that pass side short pc that goes on the door? any help would be great thanks i will post som pics of the polished one vs. the rough one

we are still working on it.
I do have one of those spears and the same size trim. I have a broken set from a 62 custom long bed
I guess that I could check and see if that spear is the same length as the custom suburb
I see that the Captain has already confirmed that

I told you a long time ago that I would trade you. do you have any pictures of the condition of it? Need a rate to 98230 Blaine, wa. was quoted 50.00 out of utah to 98230 insured UPS. can give packaging instructions for that rate if required
