Unhappy 55-60 mph shake

Ok so over the last month ive changed upper and lower controlarm bushings inner and outer tie rods upper lower ball joints front and rear tires with rims had alingment done snd i still have the shake it actually seems worse after the alingment dont know what else to check when i got the alignment done the guy told me i might have a problem with my power stearing when ur stoped and let go of the wheel it turns to the right on its own when ur driving it does pull to the right would that cause a shake and is there away to adjust the srearing box thanks

I'll bump this back up. I have a couple of ideas but I'm not sure on this. The idler arm could be bad causing the shake, but the front end guy that aligned it should have caught that. What about tire balance, a bad tire or out of balance tire could cause this easy. As far as the PS turning on it's own that's a new one on me. Take the belt off the PS pump and drive it and see if it still shakes. Yes it will be harder than heck to steer, but might help you figure out if you have 2 issues or one causing it. You can adj the steering box, on top of it there is a nut with a set screw inside it.

I didnt change the idler arm or pitman they seemed to be in good shape i had the shake before all the work was done figured it was a bad tire or something maybe ill try taken the belt off

i had a bit of vibration from 45-50. after i flipped the rear it went away. you could try shimming the axle

How does your center link look? Did the mechanic who aligned the truck mention anything about it. Because if there's any ware or vibration in that center link alignment wont be correct at all. And because it connects both sides.. that could be a possibility...

Im not sure what u mean by center link and the alignment was just shy of stock spec cause of the way my truck is lowered

Yup...had this happen a while back. Just constantly shook, annoying as all get out. Went and had the tires looked at. One of the threw a weight. Rotated, rebalanced, and no shake.
