Re: Headers for Angle plug heads

I just went through all this for mine. I have the fastburn heads going in the 72.
I ended up with Sanderson cc10-dp (d port angle plug)
They also have the cc10-ap (angle plug)

Mark at ECE can get them at a decent price. Mine where 375 with jet hot coating or whatever Sanderson calls there ceramic coating.

If you look at the Sanderson website you won't find the cc10-dp but the other two are listed with specs. Check it out.

Re: Headers for Angle plug heads

i'm running hooker super-comps, with dart pro-1 angle plugs . you can see there's plenty room around the plug area...buttt i had to clearance the frame rails on each side were they hit . Ive got a 67 frame and have been told that the 67s are the only ones they seen that done to .

Re: Headers for Angle plug heads

No problems and the best part is they are mid-length so you don't have the header down on the pavement either. The exact measurements are on the site just look up the cc10-ap and there you have it. (Sanderson site)

Test fitted and now everything is being scattered around the shop... maybe I will hear some nice noise out of them this fall.... fingers crossed...

Re: Headers for Angle plug heads

If your truck is 4wd Stan's has some that will fit angle plug heads. Don't know why but the 2wd listings for 67-72 trucks don't list as fitting angle plugs. Nice headers, but pricey.
