Hey now, I just wanted to say sweet trucks you have sir, and I have a question on the" custom" black plate I know the earlier plates are tin, do you weld the old to the new or what is the process cuz I want to do this for my trucks boring plates.

Thanks for the complements on the trucks, but to answer your question on the plates look at post 152 and you can see that I just layed the cut older (California) plate right on top of the newer plate after they were painted and fastened them together with the frame on top, the screws do the rest. No welding required! ......... *Remember* If you paint the plates and they like sh#....... I mean don't look right you will get a TICKET! because it's against the law.
