20gal tank on short bed?

Can you put a 20gal tank on a shortbed pickup? Or is the 16gal the only one you can use on the shortbed??

It is too long. You are stuck with the 16 gal tanks.

Re: 20gal tank on short bed?

When I replaced the rusted out tank on my short bed I tried fitting a second-hand 20 gal tank instead of the 16 gal one. I couldn't make it fit.

You could however add another 16 gal tank to the other side and plumb them together. The tanks will fit either side.
