can a 67 c10 cab go on a 1980 chassis??
probably on here a million times but ive searched for an hour and cant find any info. sooo my name says i have a towing company and just came up on a 1980 1 ton wrecker in perfect condition. but i hate the body style. i have in my storage yard a fer 1967 chevy and gmc's rust free lwb trucks. can i change the cabs with minimal work? thanks for your help, travis

Try searching like this , and also change 80s to 73+ and search again, I found a few threads asking this question and a few pics of trucks (4x4) that had done exactly that, with serious modifications though due to the frame not having a flatter profile like the older and the gastank will be in the way of the cab, and the newer frames are slightly longer, some said yes it works with a body lift? maybe something to look into if your seriously thinking about doing it.
