Porterbuilt C Notch question

I don't have access to a plasma cutter, can it be cut with a grinder / disc ? I have a very powerful Makita disc grinder, realizing it will take a while longer that way.

I always use a cut-off wheel myself. Even a sawzall or jig saw with a metal blade will do the job.

porterbuilts C-notches are a little confusing I read they have 3 levels. but on the web site only one shows...I want the mild step on you use for the touring package....whats it called?..or part number?

The c-notch is the small two-piece on the left.
The other two are the Level 2 Touring notch and the Level 3 Extreme notch.
