Re: Mint Original 60 Apache
did they paint the interiors the same color as the outside back then. I had a 60 Apache 30 years ago so I don't really remember. If not then it is not original it is restored and it looks like I see a thread hole in the right head but it is hard to see. It is still a nice truck though.

Re: Mint Original 60 Apache
Inside looks redone. If the inside has been gone over, then most probably the outside has too. Sometimes when someone says "all-original", they mean that it looks a lot like it did when new. That price would be cheap if it were unrestored.

Re: Mint Original 60 Apache
I agree with oemforme. They probably just mean original as in not modified. The word original is used all too often and can be confusing when selling and buying something. You could also say something about the "original" alternator..... Looks like it wouldn't take much for that truck to be extremely nice.

Re: Mint Original 60 Apache
gotta agree, not "all-original" (meaning unrestored)....i see those kinda ads all the time....i often wanna email those owners and let them know exactly why it's not all-original, haha...being around this forum, i've learned quite a bit thanks to the wealth of knowledge our members have...that is a great looking truck though that "looks a lot like it did when new"

Re: Mint Original 60 Apache
I agree the truck's not original most likely, but i dunno - looks worth $12K to me original or not. I must be a sucker, but that is a nice ol truck. Big window 60 short wides don't grow on trees anymore, especially in that kinda shape.
