how long should we wait
At this time i will not say who the member is but it has been three or so weeks since i paid for the item he was selling. He did respond to one PM and said he had a medical problem and had to go to the hospital . A week went by still nothing so i started to snoop around and noticed he's been on the forum every day since 11-7-11. hmmmm. I contacted another member who also bought items from him at the same time and said he did receive some items but he had issues with what was sent.He to has tried to contact the member and is still waiting for a response . HOW LONG SHOULD WE WAIT ?

Re: how long should we wait
IMO one week is long enough. Not hearing anything is never a good sign. Good luck

Re: how long should we wait
I would say ask the Mods to contact him, could be that he does have a medical issue that is keeping him preoccupied and maybe someone is using his login, but a mod should be able to at least contact him for you to see if it is truly a deception or understandable delay. I wish you good luck!

Re: how long should we wait
Liz and Powerdriver 1958 is listening in here, either they will PM you or you can back out one screen and go all the way down, it should tell you who is ont he thread and who is moderating it. I would discuss with them and also link your thread on your PM to them.

Re: how long should we wait
5 weeks is plenty of time, especially if he has been on here. I get upset with myself if I put off guys for a couple days.

Re: how long should we wait
He already had. (N2.. sorry I thought I had fwd you a copy and had not) The seller had a medical issue, and has not been on the site since Nov 25. The buyer did not get contact info outside the site. Other then suspending the account, which would kill any chance of contact, there is not much we can do. I was hoping the seller would be back online by now.

Re: how long should we wait
That is sad. Our sympathies are with the family.
As far as the deal, at this time the only thing to do would be to let it go or contact the family member on ebay explaining the situation. |

Re: how long should we wait
I'm sure this is a very sad time for his family and I'm very sorry for making this a big deal . Nothing is more important than ones life so for this I hope all is well with you and your families . Without life we have nothing.
