Question regarding Panel/Suburban Barn Doors

Hi everyone,

Some of you might have read in my other thread about getting a '65 Panel. There are a few items missing from when the PO took it apart to have it painted. One item that I have not been able to find info about is related to the barn doors.

Is the door handle the same at the front doors? Looking at things, my guess is yes but I have not found any confirming info. Can anyone give me some info?

Thanks!

Re: Question regarding Panel/Suburban Barn Doors

The only difference that I have found is that the spit push rod that activates the door opener is shorter. If you took a regular locking door handle and cut the push rod shorter it should work just fine.
