Here is a link to the guy's store front on EBAY, He said he makes them.
I don't see them in his store anymore, but if you email and ask him about getting a pair I bet he could I only paid 189.00 for them that is 1/4 the price of any other good pair I tried and he was the only one that had the dimensions.
