Stepside Rear lights?

Funny that you mention it. I was thinking of using the bug backup lights. I think they are 20 bucks on fleabay. The smaller ones that bolt to the bumper. I've never seen the whole tail light assy. be used but I'm sure it would work.

They'd certainly be a lot safer than the stock tail lights. I hated sitting in the left turn lane behind those things when they were new. The blinker was blinding.

Right now im running cheap trailer lights from walmart,they work but i want something molded on the fender once i do all the bodywork.

I love my 1950 Pontiac tail lights. They mount where the back up lights normally do on a 66.

Just do a google search tail light pics, there`s a lot of choices out there, you could even consider the new Jeep wrangler lights.
