Re: WTB: 72 blazer 2wd

Hi Geary, I have a 72 2wd blazer. It has the stock 307, 2 barrel carb and 4 speed manual tranny. Power steering and brakes, factory air conditon (R12 system), full gauge dash with working tach. Bucket seats and console, single wall top, chrome bumpers. Currently repairing driver side rust issues (rocker, lower front door pillar, front floor brace, outer extension and rear door pillar. Don't have the space and time to finish this project as soon as I would like to. Willing to let it go for $7000. Send me your email address for pics if interested. Edmond

Re: WTB: 72 blazer 2wd

Hi Geary, I have a 72 2wd rolling frame with a 69 blazer tub/doors on it =A/C cab. It has a good double wall top on it with a GREAT hatch. The front clip is from a 67. The tub is not in good shape as there the rear quarters are dented up but the floors are mainly ok with just a little rust. That is basically all it has, ... no engine, no trans, not much else.. but does have some 5-bolt rallys with good tires.

I have a title in my name for the 2wd frame AND the matching VIN plate as well.

I want $1,700

Email is Chevymuscle454ss@yahoo.com and my name is Justin. I live just northeast of DFW.

Re: WTB: 72 blazer 2wd

Sorry guys, I have been very busy with work, kids, honey do's, and trying to get two cars ready for a local car show. I have not been on here in a while. I did find a converted 2wd blazer body and chassis, it has a little bit of rust, and needs alot of work!

I really cant complain for the $$ I paid for it. I will need to find a top and seats for sure.

What?
No pics?

Congrats on finding one.
The converted 4x4 blazer have better rear frame rails for a parallel 4-link and bags.
I'm just assuming this is the direction you are going.

Actually,... you could still install a Porterbuilt trailing arm crossmember and trailing arms.

Keith, I still need to go pick it up, its about 40 miles from my house. I will get some pics of it when I get it home.

I am 100% certain it will get air ride, I will be bugging you again when that time comes.
