Personally, I think that ebay harness is spendy. $399 is a bit much. I would go with a Painless or ez-wiring harness.
I installed a Painless 21-circuit 'universal' harness in my '57 pickup and it was also one of the best mods I ever did. I went that route after 2 'OEM type' harnesses crapped out due to upgrades to modernize my truck. I'm going to go this route again on my new '69 Burb. Money well spent with room to grow.
