Try this. Check with the stovebolt locator, see if there is a member close by who can pick it up and hold it for you until you can arrange shipping or relay shipping. Easier said than done. 99% good folks over at Stovebolt.com Check front office button, stovebolt locator, send an email dir. to member.

No need to bother with Stovebolt. I'm right here! If you seriously are considering this, PM me. I could help you out. Like I said, this isn't mine. I don't know anything about it, but if you want to do the legwork with the seller and figure out shipping, I would be willing to help you out.

Re: ebay GMC 305 V6

I appreciate it a lot same goes for anyone around here for the same deal. I messaged him and he wants 500 for just the motor and I couldnt see paying that much especially if he wont include the trans. What do you all think?

Re: ebay GMC 305 V6

Other than dedicated V6 enthusiasts there just isn’t much demand for a used V6. Once out of the truck it becomes an 800+ pound burden. A rebuilt Hydramatic on the other hand might be much more desirable to a wider audience, especially if it could be used in other applications.
