Mount question

Can you put a BB in place of a SB , 1968 chevy pick up . Are the mounts that bolt to the frame the same.

Re: Mount question

At least for a '72 Suburban, going from a BB to a SB required new motor mounts. I'm assuming it'd be the same situation for a 68, but not positive.

Re: Mount question

You need the BB eng stands/mounts so that the manifolds/headers will clear. crazyL
