It looks like a chevy's brakes went out and he rear ended a milk truck... and from the looks of it I'd say pretty hard too...

I'd say it was the milk truck who had the bad brakes. LOL
He stopped on a dime ,probably disks up front.

i have a 51 with a body like that. i think the body was made by herman and the brakes go out very often
