My mom always had the best advice. It was just a tad late. After a fall that involved blood, she'd say....."Careful!"

Re: 1972 crew cab

They existed... sorta, but most of them are scary looking. From what I read, a coach company built them for GM. Most I've seen have 4 front doors. Looks nothing like the ones being custom built on here. I will be anxious to see pics of it.

Although, ya may wanna move this to the Truck board, or even General Discussion.

Re: 1972 crew cab

No factory built crew cabs. They were all aftermarket, built by coach works just like limos and ambulances based on Cadillacs. They were built by companies like Scot-Built and Alto Truck Body & Trailer. Alton is still in business today.

Re: 1972 crew cab

Is it the cab in Mizzu? It was on Ebay at 2500 and never had a bid. Someone already posted some more pics of it in a thread here somewhere. Its pretty rough and not having a title, vin# or spid in the glove box really hurts it. If your looking for a rough start for a crew cab, then it would work, but its alot of cash for its condition. Just my .02!
