Garage cover for blazer
My blazer stays topless all the time so I was wondering if there was a cover that was available to keep the dust off/out of it.
Anyone using a dust cover of any kind....besides the factory top ;-)

Re: Garage cover for blazer
A shortbed truck cover should fit it pretty well. Just depends on if you have a roll bar and where it's positioned. Good ones are form fit over the cab so if a bar is on it and back too far it wouldn't fit over it. Many of the cheaper covers are not form fit and would work, or a SUV cover would probably fit.

Re: Garage cover for blazer
When I bought my blazer it came with a very nice form fitting cover. The p.o. is a friend, i'll call him later and find out where he got it from.

Re: Garage cover for blazer
@ Gearhead - never thought of a short bed truck cover. I'll need to measure the rollbar to see where that sits as opposed to the truck cab....might work?
@YBNORML - that would be great if you can find that out.

Re: Garage cover for blazer
I use a cover designed for an extended cab pickup because I have a spare tire on the back and a brush guard up front and need the extra length. Fits great with my stock roll bar.

Re: Garage cover for blazer
What brand did you get and do you like it....no scratches or anything?
I can only find Empire Truck covers with a quick Google search.

Re: Garage cover for blazer
I checked ebay for mine.
I found ones that were about $40 each shipped and then contacted the seller to ask for a bulk order (back when I had 3 blazers). I got 3 shipped for $110 ($10 discount) and they were great for in the garage when I was working on other stuff. They came drop shipped from another company and I still have a few of them at home. I can check the box to see what the company was. I stored my patio chairs in the back of the blazer in the garage (under the cover) so the top off the blazer thing wasn't an issue. |

Re: Garage cover for blazer
Sorry for the delay , Mine is made by Covercraft , model is a C774TF . It's a very thick flannel and fits the truck mint with no top on. Definately wouldn't fit with a top on. I'll attach a pic

Re: Garage cover for blazer
@2003 Silverado - that makes sense.....might be a good option.
@ tnamarine - that looks likes like a good fit....it doesn't look like it has a roll bar, do you think that would still work with a roll bar?

Re: Garage cover for blazer
it doesn't have a rollbar but there is definately enough slack in the cover to go over one , I can actually pull the cover right down to the ground. There's also a bunch of slack in the rear hatch area you aren't seeing in the pic

Re: Garage cover for blazer
Cool....I'm looking at them....Summit has them.
Pricey but look like good quality and 4 year warranty....probably go with one of those.
