Would You buy dakota guages for a dmax swap?
I have been working on Dakota Digital to build a custom gauge setup for the 67 to 72 Chev for a duramax swap plug and play. They have something close but Id like to see the fuel gauge on the right and tach in the middle and trans temp down low. Chime In and Ill get them involved. look in my Photo bucket at these I was building, Life just threw me a curve ball and I don't have time to get the circuit board built .http://s604.photobucket.com/albums/t...ed69/MaxBlaze/ and the photo is the existing Dakota digital setup

To be honest I dont really care what side the gauges are on I just want the tach to come in something other than 8k. Im putting a 4bt in my 72 blazer and a 4 or 5k tach would be awesome from them. I did call them and they said it would not happen for another year... maybe if enough of us want them they can work out something..

To be honest, even though it doesn't match our stock gauge positions, I like the one in your first post above. Maybe because it reminds me of a mid-year Corvette with the speedo on the left and an equally big tach on the right. I'd like to think that's where Zora wanted it....
