The suspension is completely different on ZR Blazer. The rear axel is wider than stock. You'll everything on suspension bolted up the frame. I'm not to familiar with the front end.

You'll need all the body bushings too. Look at a ZR lift kit.

Unlike the Z71 fullsize truck, which are really just sticker and shock upgrades, the ZR2 S-series were actual suspension upgrades. They had larger axle and wheel bearings, track bar in the rear, beefier sway bar up front, wider 8.5" rear axle, the front axle is enhanced, and frame mounting points were modified. It's 3.9" wider and 3" taller then a stock 4x4 s10. You can't just put ZR2 parts on a stock 4x4 without modifing the frame.

Re: reg 4x4 vs zr s10

The whole front end assembly is different. You may want to consider just buying a lift kit for your regular S10. I bought a new '99 ZR2,which is a well built trucks and,as mentioned,a truly enhanced for off road vehicle. But...that was it. You couldn't find anything to go farther with it and for a regular S10 there was everything available. Finally, some lifts came out for ZR2s. Honesty,I feel the ZR2 maxes out the capabilities of an S10 anyway. It would be coo to put all that stuff under your truck. I just think an aftermarket lift kit may be easiest. I don't know what,if anything,is different with the frame. But,maybe consider a whole frame swap?
