mine should be okay they aren't rusted that bad and i don't want a new bed i'm trying to keep as much of my truck as possible

wow Those photos were scary, its too early in the morning for that.
just a quick thought on the support braces. I don't know if they will go right on with out any mods, but they don't look that much different from 67-72 bed supports. |

Ha, now you see why I'm so desperate to find good new bed for this truck. And I was thinking the same thing about the 67-72 bed supports but I think the length or height actually are different.
