Oh Boy! I need to play the lotto now

I am absolutely bonkers over this survivor set up (not mine, but I sure wish it was).

wow, guess its more of an "acquired taste" to like that setup. truck looks like a cool classic longbed, but that "thing" in the bed, woa, its like, massive, and about as aerodynamic as the side of a barn in a tornado. the inside looks nice.

I have to admit - the whole "family truckster" custom camper idea is growing on me. It's just one of those things that you're much more able to just hit the road and spend the night somewhere (not in a hotel). Cool truck. I will admit, that camper looks just a tad high... Just a tad.

Sure is sweet! I would totally camp in that. Just think how many comments you would get at the campground.

It is! Alaskan campers were made to raise for camping, and lower for driving. He also shows some pics with it lowered. Real old school stuff!

I totally like that. That would be neat to have. You wouldn't even have to camp at a campground. You could allways pull over at rest stop and sleep over while travelling. Interior looks real clean and I like the bench seat in the cab.

Looks like a real gem.

Re: Oh Boy! I need to play the lotto now

Wow! What a setup! Alaskan campers where by far the best you could buy back in the day. That's a good combo... the best truck with the best camper. That setup was probably half the price of his home when it was first purchased.

Awesome! Would be fun to cruise through Malibu with a Meyers Manx on a tow bar, then set up camp between two 500k diesel pushers.
