Ramhorn manifolds I.D. # question

This was found on a buddy's shelf, and he got it from his dad's barn, and dad can't remember jack anymore.
This is an odd ball shaped manifold, I should have gotten a picture of it, but I wasn't thinking clearly. (Hmmm...it coulda been the beer)
Any how, can anyone ID it from the number I found on the back?
