52 door to one piece window?? can it be done

I have 1952 cab and doors really good condition, i want to install the 47-50 one piece window in them, do i have to find 47-50 doors, or can i use the ones i have now,

Swapping the doors is probably the easiest but you can fit the one piece glass in the doors you have easily enough.

Mainly you have to cut out the metal piece that is in the way and find the pieces to run the channel in at the front. Those seem to be hard to find used and even my extra doors are missing them. It would be best to use the metal frame around the glass unless you have tempered glass made for it. The glass shops can get channel for either style or you can order it online.

I'm thinking that there is a difference in the window regulators too but don't know off hand what the difference is.

i have pretty much 3 sets of everything inside and out, i have the window regulators, one piece glass frame, window roller channel for the glass, but i don't have the actual door channel, and the doors i have and in good condition, i can get a set of doors for 200 but don't want to spend that i have three complete trucks but all our vent style

You should be in good shape then. If you have the garnish moldings for the one piece windows you are further ahead. I sold the stainless set I had and wish I had kept them.

i bought problem 6 trucks in the last month for the stainless pieces, and other hard to find pieces, glove box, gauges, knobs, radio delete, and stainless trim inside, im going tradiational hotrod style first big motor, with invert leafs, and blocks but with disc front drum rear, corvette 1 3/8 bore non power no power steering either black epoxy, then gonna do mii next then a scott danforth kit after
