Hey Ernesto - I will try to swing by Monday after 4 to pick up the armrest Randy left for me. If you want to leave it by the side of the house I will swing by on my lunch break and grab it. Either way works. Thanks -Matt

Without seeing more of the truck, i'd say no youre not asking too much. A SWB K10 is arguably one of the more desirable models of these trucks. Judging by those small pics on craigs list, it looks clean. Hell i paid 2500 for a 72 SWB K10 that was rotted and wasnt even road worthy, so you just need to hold out for someone who really wants it

I is not too much. I wouldn't sell my 70 for under 16K. A friend just sold his black 72 a couple of months ago (I posted a link to his Craigslist ad) for 10 K in about a week and a half. You might want to finish the lower trim for best curb appeal.
