I think there are certain mechanical parts that might be worth using. ECM, Harness, Engine, Trans, maybe gas tank, maybe colum with out air bag/steering wheel, and perhaps brakes (I am using 4th gen rear disks on the back of my truck after making backing plates).

Even the column, once you do the fab work to get it to fit, find a wheel that works etc. it would probably have been cheaper/easier to have the VATS deleted from the PCM by a competent tuner.

I think trying to get most everything else in would really be a lot of work for next to nothing gained, it it will even work. Just my thoughts.
