Cleaning aluminum.

I put tread plate aluminum in the back of my truck but know it needs to be cleaned/polished. Any body know any good products or tips.

Mother crome polish is awesome! It's a little plastic can available at Wal-Mart, or Auto Zone. This is what we use for the tread plate on the Fire Trucks, and it really brings out the shine. Looks like new.
