Re: Any good hauling co ?
I used a guy out of Texas to get my burb from New Mexico to Georgia. He was great to deal with because he is a car guy and knows how important these old rides a worth to us. Very reasonable fee as well. You can PM me if you want his contact info... I would use him again

I used www.totalcarshipping.com for my last transport. Very professional and easy to deal with. Ask for Rena if you decide to call for a quote.

Re: Any good hauling co ?
I used Bill Demoise trucking co, very very professional and easy to work with. They are not the least expensive, but yoiu definitely get what you pay for. I'll never use anyone else again - got burned by a few of the low-buck haulers.
One word of caution - some companies are just "brokers" i.e. they don't own a tire, let alone a whole truck - I'd avoid those at all costs. One of em screwed me so big, and I couldn't believe the nonsense that was coming out of these ladie's mouths on the phone (Angels moving Autos - avoid at ALL costs). If you can, it's best to deal with the company that actually owns the trucks that will do the moving. The brokers just suck you in with a low ball offer and then when it comes time for the pick up, they say gas has gotten more expensive (in 2 weeks, yeah right) and that NO truckers will touch it with a 10 foot pole - but they'll find some that will do it for HUNDREDS more than you originally agreed to - and their hope is that you're in a time bind and don't have a choice. I did, I dragged it myself. Bastages. |

Re: Any good hauling co ?
I used aaall-states (make sure its not aaa all-states or all-states) here's a link to reviews:
http://www.transportreviews.com/comp...-transport.asp and their site directly: http://www.yousetthecost.com/ i had a truck carried from alabama to massachusetts for $500. No price switching, no b.s. I highly recommend. I even asked that the truck be put above the cab of the carrier to keep road debris from hitting it, and sure enough they did it. |

Re: Any good hauling co ?
Hey are they like the AAAAAAAAAAAA1-Plumbing (or whatever it was) company commercial on tv? First in the phone book? That's too funny.
