Radio Trim Bezel
I searched and found some threads about a billet radio bezel for a din radio with a cut dash but they were all from a few years ago. Anybody still making these? Any help would be appriciated.

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
Check with board member PICKMUP. I just ordered one over the weekend for one of my projects. He is a great guy to work with.

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
I don't know who made mine, but I got it off the ads on the board a LONG time ago...just got it installed this weekend!
I think it's well worth the $.

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
Wish I would have found this folder last week. Could have a few Dremel blades.

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
The nice thing about it too is that it covers up the hack job nicely since the hole that was cut was too big. The bezel I got fit the cage perfectly and even the plastic surround fit in the recessed area perfectly. I really couldn't be happier with it.
jrmdigger72, post some pics up when you get it!

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
How is the radio mounted? I have an old DIN radio and have not had any luck finding a radio that will fit in my 72 C30. Does anyone have any pictures of the bezel offered by Pickmup?

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
The bezel on mine had 2 little studs that I had to drill in the dash for and then just nuts on the back to secure it. The radio cage fit so perfect in the bezel, that's all that that I'm using for mounting the radio. You could use a little strip of plumbers tape mounted on the firewall to support the rear if needed, but I don't think mine does.

Re: Radio Trim Bezel
I eat a lot of beans before I go for a ride...haha
My blower didn't run and I didn't have anything for the AC so I just yanked it all to make room for the EDC... One day I hope to have a vintage air set up and I'll either find a new place for the gauges or get one of their 3 knob controls and mount it somewhere else.
