ultimate garage !! agree?

Its only used for dirt bikes??? its 4000 sq ft My buddy owns Applied Racing and this garage barn sits on 40 acres with a private motocross track that is 2.1 miles long in front of it. I dream of a garage like this. Thats my 6ft 3" 15 year old Jake in Honda Gear.
